Week 3 of Patchs Online Triage System

At Marshalls Cross Medical Centre, we are excited to share the great news from Week 3 of our new online triage system, Patchs. Since its introduction, Patchs has proven to be an outstanding tool in helping us streamline our services and improve patient access. Thanks to this innovative system, we’re already seeing impressive results and receiving glowing feedback from our patients.

Enhanced Our Patients Access to Appointments

One of the key benefits of Patchs is its ability to provide patients with quicker access to appointments. By allowing patients to submit their concerns online, we have been able to triage cases more efficiently and offer more timely appointments. This has significantly reduced waiting times for non-urgent consultations, giving patients faster access to the care they need.

In Week 3, the number of available appointment slots has increased, and we’ve seen a remarkable decrease in patient wait times. Patients can now access the care they need without unnecessary delays, thanks to our Teams seamless process of sorting and prioritising cases based on urgency. Some Changes We Made

Following patient feedback and to further enhance the patient experience, we’ve made important improvements to the Patchs online triage system. We’ve increased the number of appointment slots available for requests, giving patients greater flexibility and quicker access to the care they need.

Additionally, we’ve streamlined the process by removing some of the long-winded questions, making the submission process faster and more straightforward. These changes help reduce the time patients spend completing their requests, allowing them to quickly provide the necessary information and receive timely care without unnecessary delays. We’re committed to making the process as efficient and patient-friendly as possible.

Looking Ahead

As we move into Week 4, we are committed to further refining Patchs to make it even more effective for our patients. Our goal is to ensure that every patient has a smooth experience when accessing care, and we’ll continue to monitor feedback to make any necessary improvements.
