  • Age UK Mid Mersey – Living Well Officers

    Living Well Officers can support and signpost people who are over 50 years of age.

    The themes they support with are:
    Health & Wellbeing
    Social Inclusion
    Personal Independence
    Staying Connected

    They can offer general advice on state pensions and claiming additional benefits.

    There is a Warm Homes Project to help people age 65+ who are living or at risk of fuel poverty.

    Either a professional can refer someone or you can self-refer online via their Contact Us page: www.ageuk.org.uk/midmersey/about-us/contact-us/client-referral-form

    The form just requires your name, contact number, which area you live in and a reason for the referral.
