Exciting Update: Week 5 Success of Total Online Triage

We are thrilled to announce that Week 5 of our Total Online Triage service has been a remarkable success, with positive results continuing to grow each week.

In just five weeks, we’ve seen a significant increase in the number of answered calls, as well as a notable reduction in the number of calls that were abandoned. These results highlight the effectiveness of our innovative approach to streamlining patient communication and care.

Key Highlights from Week 5:

  • Answered Calls Surge: The percentage of calls answered has continued to rise, showcasing our team’s ability to meet demand and provide timely responses.
  • Abandoned Calls Down: We’ve seen a substantial decrease in the percentage of abandoned calls, indicating that patients are receiving more consistent and prompt attention when they reach out to us.

Megan, Patient Care Advisor said, “I think it is working really well, it means we can offer more appointments out to our patients, and everyone is appropriately triaged for their symptoms.”

As we move forward, we are committed to further enhancing the patient experience by improving our online triage system. These positive trends give us the confidence to keep building on our success and continuing to serve you better.

Here are some of the examples of patient feedback in regards to Patchs our Total Online Triage System:

“Once set up, Patches was easy to use with good instructions.”

“Easy to use.”

“Patchs is the easiest way to contact your GP surgery, especially for patients who work.”

“Patchs is great I love using it.”

“It’s a new experience but appears to be easy to navigate once the user understands the process.”

Thank you to all of our patients, for your continued trust in us, and we look forward to continuing to improve your experience with our GP practice. Stay tuned for more updates as we work to provide the best care possible.
